Returns Policy

I am not the manufacturer of the hair that you buy and wear.  However I have a 14 day return policy with the suppliers I use, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  If you find the hair unsuitable, wrong colour, damaged or unfit for purpose it will not be fitted in the first instance.

To be eligible for a return with the suppliers I use, the hair will have to be the same condition as purchased, this means unworn and unused, still in the original packing with tags on.  Proof of purchased will also be required.

The first steps to start your return would be to contact Kelly at info@theextensionbar.co.uk.  Once accepted you will be given a reference number, instructions will be given on how to return your items.  All returns must be accompanied by your returns email request reference number.

Damages and issues
All hair orders will be inspected by Kelly as soon as received then again by yourself at your fitting appointment.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase at this point, you can begin your returns policy process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The only item that is non returnable is the e giftcards purchased online

Refunds 

I have never in the past had to return hair to any of my suppliers, hence why I only use the finest quality of hair.  However, in the circumstance that we do have to return your unworn hair. Once I receive correspondence from the supplier stating that a refund has been accepted then I will notify you.  The hair will always remain in my possession on theses occasions to be sent straight back to the suppler and I will notify you once the supplier receives it.  You will be notified either way if the refund is approved or not and it would be refunded through the same method as you purchased it taken into account bank processing time.
